Last Night, I watched the World's First F1 Night Race here in Singapore. And indeed, it brought me up to cover my ears for the decibel was quite too high!!! Imagine yourself beside an airplane whose engine starts to throttle loudly..All the "VROOOOOMMM" sounds surging across the street. As usual, Hamilton, Massa and Alonso(the driver of the F1 car shown at the first photo.) made the first three of the 20 cars aiming for the qualifier. Here are some of the pictures from the said event...=) Three lessons that I have learned when photo-shooting a race were the following:
1. always bring an extra battery,
2. always bring along some H2O to avoid dehydration,
3. always bring along some earplugs during an F1 race(else, you'll be having a hard time aiming for some photo shot and protecting your
ears at the same time..).

The route of the entire race at the Marina Bay. Some of the race highlights were at the following places:

The route of the entire race at the Marina Bay. Some of the race highlights were at the following places:
1. Raffles Boulevard where the cars surges for a 300kmh speed.
2. Nicoll Highway where a sudden hard brake from 300kmh will be needed.
3. Anderson Bridge where racers will be slowing down to a 100-150kmh speed due to the Bridge's narrow path.
4. Pit Building where overtaking between each car can be made.

Such an awe to see fans carrying flags of their favorite team. Here's a Ferrari fan carrying the flag.
Different events prior the main F1 cars and yet, superb overtaking were already being seen.
Want to hear the sound of F1? My next blog post will be some bit videos of the F1 race.=)
